GovTech is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the Learning & Skills product portfolio. You will define vision, roadmap and priorities, coordinating with IHLs, MOE HQ and partner agencies to deliver value across the sector.

You will build product management capabilities, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure sustainable, scalable product delivery from discovery through execution and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Education, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, enterprise systems or programme leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Learning & Skills portfolio.
• Build product management capability and establish operating models across IHL teams.
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Engage senior management and stakeholders across MOE, IHLs and partner agencies to secure alignment.
