Job summary

GovTech's Digital Academy seeks a seasoned product manager to redefine learning and growth for public sector officers. You will own your product domain, drive it from concept to reality, and align with broader programme goals while collaborating with engineering, design, HR, and operations.

You will shape learning journeys across HR, performance, competency, and learning systems, using data, AI-assisted tools, and enterprise integrations to personalize experiences and improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience owning complex digital products.
• Strong product judgement and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Ability to design end-to-end user journeys across enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise data, APIs, and integrations.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools and data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of AI, LLMs, and agent-based solutions.
• Experience evaluating SaaS platforms and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Ability to redesign operational workflows with automation and self-service.
• Strong analytical skills using user research and data to drive decisions.
• Able to influence stakeholders and collaborate with engineers and designers.
• Sound data privacy, security governance and Responsible AI judgement.
• Experience with LMS platforms, Workday, or HR tech is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on user needs and goals.
• Design adaptive learning experiences that develop skills at work.
• Shape end-to-end employee growth journeys across HR, performance, and learning systems.
• Explore use of data, AI, LLMs, and agents to personalize learning and workflows.
• Streamline requests, approvals, admin, and reporting via automation and self-service.
• Collaborate with officers, managers, and operations to prototype and test solutions.
• Evaluate SaaS platforms and integrations for value, feasibility, security, and cost.
• Own implementation, launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement with Eng/Design.
