Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering digital products.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes with measurable product success metrics.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to translate insights into decisions.
• Passion for public good and healthcare sector is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes end-to-end: define problems, success metrics and drive delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams: engineers, designers, product ops and policy stakeholders.
• Translate policy intent into product strategy with MOH involvement.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments across agencies and leadership.
• Drive data-informed decision making to prioritise and improve products.
