• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional squads and mentoring product managers.
• Proven track record of delivering complex digital products, ideally in government or large enterprise environments.

Responsabilités

• Own and communicate a clear product vision and multi-year roadmap for data-centric healthcare financing products.
• Act as the single accountable owner for product outcomes across multiple agencies and senior stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through problem discovery to de-risk investments and frame problem statements.
• Lead and coach a team of Product Managers and analysts, setting standards for discovery, product requirements, and experimentation.
• Ensure products meet stringent requirements for data governance, security, and operational sustainability.
