Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering government digital products. You will drive the full product lifecycle from strategy and planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with user needs, technical feasibility, and governance requirements.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Agile and cloud-based platforms, and the ability to work with multiple government agencies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in managing products targeted at businesses or large-scale government programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking and product-centric development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and drive end-to-end product lifecycle from vision to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy, vision, and go-to-market plan.
• Design and test user-centric features, optimize user journeys, and measure outcomes.
