Job summary

GovTech Singapore, in collaboration with MOF’s GeBIZ X initiative, seeks an experienced Product Manager to drive vision, strategy and cross-functional delivery of digital procurement solutions for WOG agencies and external suppliers.

You will translate user needs into actionable plans, oversee the product lifecycle end-to-end, and build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure measurable impact and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8+ years in product management.
• Proven track record launching and scaling complex digital products, SaaS preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design and policy.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Plan roadmaps prioritizing features by business impact and user needs.
• Define KPIs/OKRs and use data-driven insights for decisions.
• Advocate for the customer and translate needs into plans.
• Drive innovation and coordinate with WOG and partner teams.
