Job summary

GovTech Singapore invites a hands-on Senior Product Manager to revamp the WOG finance and accounting system and drive innovative digital products across their life cycles to empower government agencies. You will own vision, collaborate with engineers, designers, and business partners, define strategy, manage budget, and ensure security and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Infocomm Technology or Electronics Engineering with a minimum 5 years ICT experience.
• Experience in large-scale projects across government agencies is preferred.
• Experience with SaaS ERP or finance/accounting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft customer experiences for each user journey.
• Collaborate with agency Product Owner to define vision and roadmap.
• Define product strategy, ensure stakeholder buy-in, and manage go-to-market plans.
• Coordinate with partners to execute plans and conduct experiments to improve user journey.
