Job summary

Dyson Institute in Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Software, Hardware and Product Solutions who will lead the full project lifecycle from concept to production readiness, coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team and external suppliers.

You will identify risks, track KPIs, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and drive adoption of engineering best practices while communicating status to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience in a high-technology engineering field.
• Minimum of 8 years of hardware and software product development experience in IoT/Consumer Electronics/Automotive.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams, suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects within SWHW&PS domain, balancing technical, schedule and budget constraints.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project stakeholders and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, manufacturing and quality requirements.
• Maintain KPI reporting and project health transparency.
• Drive adoption of product development processes and engineering best practices.
