Job summary

Wise Asia-Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Product Analyst (IC3) to understand high-value customer transfer needs and translate insights into product improvements.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Operations, and Servicing to optimize journeys for complex transfers and drive data-driven product decisions. You will own KPIs, drive growth for high-value segments, and advocate for customers, contributing to Wise's mission of enabling money movement across borders

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL proficiency for complex datasets and data validation.
• Strong product analytics experience with front-end event tracking (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA).
• Experience with data pipelines; dbt is a strong plus.
• Data storytelling and visualization with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Superset).
• Stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Servicing.
• Pragmatic problem solving with an 80/20 mindset to deliver high-value results.
• Ownership mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the user journey by analyzing end-to-end transfer funnels and translating insights into product improvements.
• Drive growth for high-value segments by enhancing acquisition, onboarding, and retention for large transfers.
• Own performance metrics and define KPIs to measure impact of product changes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Servicing teams to execute high-impact initiatives.
• Advocate for customers and push for faster, more effective service improvements.
