Qualifications

• 5+ years of data-driven analytics experience in a complex environment.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with ability to translate data to product decisions.
• Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel/GA/Amplitude) and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Derive actionable insights to inform product decisions and optimize funnels.
• Set and monitor growth KPIs for APAC region and measure feature impact.
• Own analytics for 2-3 APAC markets and influence the product roadmap.
• Support strategic product discovery and identify unmet customer needs.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and analysts; mentor junior analysts.
