Job summary

AVI-TECH Electronics PTE LTD. in Singapore seeks a purchasing professional to drive supplier development and ensure timely material delivery in the Manufacturing/Semi-Conductor sector.

The role involves expanding the supplier base, sourcing and approving suppliers, negotiating terms, and handling requisitions and purchase orders. Experience in CM/PCBA or related electronics industry is required, with knowledge of electronics components highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand supplier base through development, sourcing and approving suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Negotiate with suppliers.
• Execute purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Conduct material cost saving programs.
• Coordinate with freight agents to ship out goods and related shipping tasks.
• Perform other related duties as directed by Senior Purchasing Officer/Manager.

Responsible for the following purchasing functions (Manufacturing/ Semi-Conductor Industry) :-

• Execution of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Order.

• Conduct material cost saving programs.

• Responsible for the co-ordination with freight agents to ship out goods and perform other related shipping functions.

• To perform other related job functions as and when directed by the Senior Purchasing Officer / Manager.

Requirements:

Min. three years of working experience in CM/PCBA/ any other similar industry.

Knowledge of Electronics Components highly preferred.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:0am - 5:30pm
