Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing of consumables, MRO items, and project materials in a semiconductor/manufacturing environment.

You will negotiate with suppliers, optimize inventory, and ensure timely purchase orders while upholding company policies and quality standards. This role is based in Singapore and offers growth within a dynamic supply chain team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or production planning within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in sourcing, supplier management, inventory planning, and purchase order management.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of consumables, MRO items, spare parts, and project-related materials.
• Negotiate with suppliers on product specifications, quality standards, pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Review material and part requests, identify suitable existing sources, and create new item records when required.
• Evaluate, qualify, and onboard new suppliers in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Develop procurement strategies, forecast material requirements, and optimise inventory levels.
• Monitor material consumption trends and identify unusual usage patterns.
• Create, track, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve quality and supply issues.
• Communicate product, supplier, and service updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
