Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced industrial sales professional to drive revenue across oil & gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing sectors. You will develop sales strategies, conduct customer visits, and manage end-to-end quotations, while coordinating with internal teams for pre- and post-sales support.

The role requires 3–5 years in industrial sales, strong closing skills, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in industrial sales (instrumentation, valves, automation, or similar).
• Experience in MNC/matrix environments with relevant industry.
• Strong closing and negotiation ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Conduct customer visits, sales pitches, and product presentations.
• Ensure sales visibility through CRM, project pursuit lists, and weekly sales reporting.
• Align and link business strategies set by the company.
• Achieve revenue and profit targets by building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support with internal teams.
• Prepare quotations (ERPLN) and manage follow-ups.
• Track quotation status, forecasts, and ensure clean order processing.
• Conduct market analysis and report insights.
• Ensure ISO-compliant documentation.
• Support ad-hoc projects and stay updated on industry trends.
