Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience in engineering or automation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer enquiries and support requests from outdoor Sales Engineers.
• Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with product/project engineers on proposals and quotations.
• Identify new business opportunities through targeted cold and warm calling campaigns.
• Manage sales funnel and quotation status using CRM tools to track conversion rates.
