Job summary

RIGHT RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead productivity programs in a global precision manufacturing environment for Medical devices and Automotive components.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in plastic injection molding, preferably in Medical and Automotive industries.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and implement productivity programs for the plant.
• Process improvement through capability studies.
• Preparation of process instruction.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting of process / tooling-related problems during production and testing.
• Initiate and conduct the test of new or modified mould and determine optimum machine settings or optimal process cycle.
• Oversees tooling for new products.
• Participate and recommend solutions to moulding problems related to moulds.
• Initiate engineering change.
• Implementation of mould preventive maintenance programs.
• Track movement of moulds and collaborate with Production Department.

5 days' work week; Monday to Friday: 8.15am - 5.45pm

Summary
