Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Process Engineer to develop and optimise manufacturing processes for new products at a multinational manufacturing site in Singapore.

You will plan mould trials, apply DOE, support DFM reviews, validate processes and transfer them to production, while ensuring documentation and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years' experience in injection moulding and supporting NPI projects.
• Familiarity with DOE, Moldflow and process capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop injection moulding processes for new products.
• Plan and run mould trials from T0 to T3.
• Optimise processes using DOE and scientific moulding.
• Support DFM, tool reviews and Moldflow analysis.
• Lead process validation and prepare documentation.
• Transfer validated processes to production.

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri /8.15AM - 5.45PM
