Job summary

RIGHT RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to drive productivity in plastic injection molding for medical and automotive sectors, including tooling and NPIs. You will lead process improvements, fault-finding, and set up new moulds and processes.

You should have 3–5 years of experience in plastic injection molding, strong problem-solving, and familiarity with quality management systems. This permanent role offers AWS bonus, leave, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5 years of Plastic injection molding experience, preferably in Medical and Automotive.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and implement productivity programs for the plant.
• Process improvement through capability studies.
• Preparation of process instruction.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting of process / tooling-related problems during production and testing.
• Initiate and conduct the test of new or modified mould and determine optimum machine settings or optimal process cycle.
• Oversees tooling for new products.
• Participate and recommend solutions to moulding problems related to moulds.
• Initiate engineering change.
• Implementation of mould preventive maintenance programs.
• Track movement of moulds and collaborate with Production Department.
