Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank Singapore seeks an experienced client acquisition and relationship manager for Priority Clients. The role focuses on maximizing new business, deepening client relationships, and meeting service standards across the client segment.

The candidate will conduct consultative financial analyses, provide market insights on financial products, and collaborate on monthly sales plans to reach targets while supporting marketing and acquisition activities.

Qualifications

• RNF & CFMAS certificates required.
• 5 years of segment experience in Thai market for both onshore and offshore Thai clients.
• Tertiary education RNF eligible.

Responsibilities

• Maximise new business and deepen customer relationships to meet service standards.
• Conduct professional consultative financial analyses and profiling sessions.
• Provide market information updates and trend analyses on financial products.
• Draw up monthly plans with the PB team to achieve/exceed sales targets.
• Participate in marketing/promotional activities for customer acquisition.
• Source and call on prospects; provide after-sales service.
• Manage client attrition/retention.
• Organise and conduct sales presentations to groups and organisations.
• Solicit referrals from other bank areas.
