Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a Manager to lead the Singapore Cash Client Services team for Premier clients. You will manage day-to-day operations, serve as the primary contact for Premier clients, and drive high-quality service to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities include ensuring SLAs, handling complaints, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver end-to-end service excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Client Service or related client-fronting role.
• Proven track record on developing and managing high performing teams.
• Strong experience in Transaction Banking Product knowledge.
• Strong and effective leadership communication skills with a proven ability to influence & challenge the senior stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the Premier Cash client service team.
• Be primary contact for Premier Clients for advice, inquiries, complaints and resolution of issues.
• Ensure client satisfaction and management of service levels and SLAs.
• Escalate highly sensitive client issues and coordinate with front office and product teams.
