Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for International Clients to deepen relationships and drive new business across global markets. You will conduct consultative financial analyses, provide market insights, and develop plans to meet aggressive sales targets within the Priority Clients segment.

You will collaborate with the Private Banking team, oversee financial advisory activities, and uphold AML and regulatory standards while expanding an international client base

Qualifications

• Understands Wealth Management concepts, core banking principles, and risk controls.
• Proven ability to acquire clients and prospect effectively.
• Skilled in managing client relationships and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional wealth profiling sessions to assess client needs and objectives.
• Provide market updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
• Collaborate with PB team/branch manager to draw up monthly plans to meet sales targets.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for client acquisition.
• Source and call on individual prospects to grow the client base.
• Deliver quality after-sales service and support to clients.
• Manage anti-attrition and retention of clients and maintain high service standards.
• Organise and conduct sales presentations to clubs, associations, companies and other organisations.
• Solicit referrals from other departments within the bank.
• Ensure compliance with AML procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to bank controls and external regulations.
• Engage in Client Relationship Management and Financial Advisory activities.
