Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Personal Client Advisor to maximize new business and deepen relationships while maintaining service standards for Personal Clients. You will conduct detailed profiling sessions, tailor solutions, and keep clients informed with market insights on local and international products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of client acquisition and account management experience.
• Technical knowledge in consumer banking products.
• RNF and CFMAS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed and consultative financial profiling sessions with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Strengthen relationships by offering market insights and analyses of financial products.
• Collaborate with branch management to achieve monthly sales targets for new business and retention.
• Engage in marketing initiatives to attract prospective clients and enhance market presence.
• Source and approach potential individual clients through multiple channels and referrals.
• Deliver professional after-sales service and ensure ongoing client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure AML compliance by promptly reporting suspicious activities and coordinating with the transaction monitoring team.
