Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking an experienced SME/Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to acquire, grow and retain profitable Medium Enterprise clients, balancing growth with prudent risk. You will lead credit proposals, structure lending, trade, cash management, FX and wealth solutions, and build trusted client relationships with risk and product teams.

Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and Credit Analysts to ensure compliant, value-driven banking solutions while achieving targets

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an SME/Commercial Banking Relationship Manager.
• Proven track record in new-to-bank business development and portfolio growth.
• Strong credit assessment and financial analysis capabilities with robust risk and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual financial and non-financial targets by acquiring, growing, and retaining profitable SME clients.
• Collaborate with Credit Analysts, Risk, Compliance & Product to deliver client-centric banking solutions.
• Lead credit proposals, structure facilities and manage relationships to drive revenue.
