Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor field.
• Knowledge of DRAM operation, fabrication process and semiconductor device physics.
• Familiarity with advanced packaging, wafer testing, component testing and module testing concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a group environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and qualify High Bandwidth Memory qualifications; review failures and risks.
• Develop reliability targets and standards with tech development teams.
• Improve reliability tests and correlate data to quality metrics.
• Provide internal technical support to customer support and RMA teams.
• Investigate field failures and drive corrective actions with manufacturing.
