Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced Tender & RFQ Specialist to lead pricing for ocean freight. You will coordinate across internal teams to deliver competitive quotes under deadlines.

The role emphasizes data analysis, tariff management, and collaboration with Account Managers to shape RFQ strategy and secure successful tender outcomes.

Qualifications

• Prior pricing or tender management experience within the NVOCC, freight forwarding, or ocean shipping industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tender and RFQ execution to deliver competitive, accurate ocean freight pricing under deadlines.
• Process RFQs and tenders by analysing customer specifications, preparing data, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely submissions.
• Conduct cost and selling price analyses to ensure rates are commercially viable and aligned with company goals.
• Maintain and update rate tariffs while assisting with implementation of awarded customer tenders across internal systems.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and leadership on RFQ strategy, rate negotiations, and dispute resolution.
