Job summary

Resonant Networks Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned PreSales professional to design and present technical solutions for large Enterprise and Telco customers in Singapore and Malaysia. You will craft IP network designs, including subsea optical aspects, and support sales with BoM, proposals and demos.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ICT PreSales, deep networking and cybersecurity knowledge, and excellent communication to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PreSales or technical sales within ICT industry.
• Deep knowledge with passion in Networking (Routing and Switching) and Cybersecurity.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Full stack know-how.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to assess customer needs and develop tailored technical solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations showcasing features and benefits.
• Provide PreSales support, including preparing BoM, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Develop bidding specifications and design technical solutions for RFPs, and Tenders, including bid preparation and submission via electronic platforms.
• Offer technical guidance throughout the sales cycle and conduct product demonstrations.
• Work with the Sales team to craft competitive technical proposals, prepare quotations, and engage with clients to understand their technical challenges.
• Presentation and successful positioning of R ~Nets' products and services.
• Provide input to the Sales team on product management, competitor & market analysis.
