Job summary

SPTEL PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Presales Solution Architect to lead technical discovery with sales, architect integrated transport and optical solutions, and deliver compelling POCs for large enterprise customers in Singapore.

The role requires deep OTn expertise, strong协 strong proposal and presentation skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to transition from presales design to deployed managed services.

Qualifications

• Presales and architecture experience within ISPs, telecoms, or MSPs.
• Deep mastery of OTNs, WDM, ROADM and related optical tech.
• Hands-on with 100G/400G/800G optics and link budgets.
• Experience with BGP-4, OSPF, MPLS, SR-MPLS/SRv6, MEF 3.0.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN, NGFW, and cloud security integrations.
• Strong proposal writing and client presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with sales to architect integrated solutions.
• Design high-availability optical and transport topologies.
• Prepare High-Level and Low-Level Designs and BOMs.
• Lead POC demonstrations and customer presentations.
• Respond to enterprise RFPs/RFIs and bid tenders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Service Ops.
• Translate business goals into resilient technical architecture.
