Job summary

StarHub in Singapore seeks a senior network architect/presales leader to shape account strategies and build a robust pipeline. You will lead discovery workshops, translate business and technical needs into end-to-end network designs spanning campus, data centre, WAN/SD-WAN, and security, and act as the design authority on complex solutions.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, provide pricing and SLA input, drive transition from presales to delivery, and mentor engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years ICT experience in network presales or architecture.
• Experience leading multi-site, multi-technology network solutions.
• Strong knowledge of campus and data center networking and WAN/SD-WAN.
• Experience in telco connectivity design (internet, DIA, MPLS/IP VPN, Ethernet).
• Strong understanding of network security architecture (segmentation, NGFW, IPS/IDS, NAC).

Responsibilities

• Shape account strategies and pipeline through consultative selling.
• Lead discovery and architecture workshops; translate requirements into end-to-end network designs.
• Own reference architecture, BOM, SOW and POC approach for proposals.
• Lead technical workstreams for bids and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Provide architecture input to pricing, licensing and SLA alignment.
• Coach and mentor presales consultants and engineers.
