Job summary

NES GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer – Power Services to drive growth in the electrical power and energy infrastructure sector.

You will identify new business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships and lead technical-commercial proposals for maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, and lifecycle services across utilities, EPCs and data centers in Singapore. Strong knowledge of power systems and compelling sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in technical sales or account management within electrical power sector.
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems including transformers, switchgear and substations.
• Proven track record in developing new business and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within Singapore's power and utility sectors.
• Lead technical discussions, prepare technical-commercial proposals and tenders.
• Develop and expand service offerings across existing customers.
• Manage customer relationships through the full sales cycle to contract award.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to deliver competitive solutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely proposals.
