Job summary

Temus Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced PMO/Project Manager to track progress, monitor KPIs, generate reports, and support risk/issue management across projects.

You will establish and maintain communication with clients, internal teams, and executive leadership while driving continuous improvement within the PMO to boost project success and efficiency. The role requires strong program management skills, hands-on PMO activity, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a PMO or related project management/delivery role.
• Experience in supporting PMs delivering systems in complex information exchange environments.
• Hands-on PMO work including tracking, governance, reporting and cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Strong program management skills with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to support weekend go-live activities and extended BAU hours when required.
• Excellent communication, consultation, negotiation and stakeholder-relations skills.
• Proven ability to initiate, manage and report on program activities and issues.
• Ability to think strategically and report effectively.
• Active listening with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Track project progress, KPIs, and generate reports on status, milestones, and outcomes.
• Support risk and issue management across the project lifecycle with mitigation plans.
• Establish effective communication channels with clients, internal teams and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement within PMO by analyzing data and removing bottlenecks.
