Job summary

Temus is a Singapore-based consulting firm delivering digital transformation for public and private sectors. We seek a Project Manager to plan, oversee and document all project aspects under your charge.

You will work closely with clients, the internal team and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution within scope, quality, time and cost constraints. Responsibilities include leading implementation across SDLC stages, evaluating solutions, and building strong relationships with business users.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/consulting with business analysis or project management roles.
• Experience on web and mobile apps is advantageous.
• Familiar with agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementation and be involved in SDLC stages.
• Evaluate potential solutions and recommend business-friendly options.
• Liaise with business users, clients and stakeholders to understand needs.
• Manage a team, monitor progress, and guide junior members.

TheRole:

AsaProjectManager,youwillberesponsibleforplanning,overseeinganddocumentingallaspectsofprojectsunderyourcharge.Youwillworkcloselywithclients,theinternalteamandotherstakeholderstoensurethesmoothexecutionofprojectswithinthedefinedscope,quality,timeandcostconstraints.

JobResponsibilities:

• LeadtheprojectimplementationandbeinvolvedinvariousstagesoftheSoftwareDevelopmentLifeCycle(SDLC).
• Evaluatepotentialsolutionsandmakerecommendationstoresolvebusinessproblems.
• Liaisecloselywithbusinessusers/clients/stakeholderstounderstandtheirneeds,addressconcerns,andbuildstrongrelationships.
• Manageateambymonitoringworkprogress,ensuringprojectrequirementsaremet,andprovidingguidanceandcoachingtojuniorteammembers.

QualificationsandRequirements:

• Minimum8yearsofrelevantworkexperienceintheIT/Consultingindustry,preferablywithbusinessanalysisorprojectmanagementrelatedroles
• Experienceworkingonbothweb&mobileapplicationprojectswillbeadvantageous
• Befamiliarwithagilemethodology
• Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskillstocollaborateeffectivelywithstakeholders,businessusers,vendors,andteammembers.
