Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) for a permanent role to establish and drive PMO functions across diverse business lines. You will oversee internal project reviews, risk, planning, progress, and quality checks, and report status to the Managing Director.

You will guide project managers and teams, develop PMO rules to align with standards, and support IT, training, or contract administration as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• PMP certification with strong PMBOK knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system integration projects leading teams of up to 10 members.
• Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal project reviews (non-customer facing), including risk, planning, progress, and quality checks.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and report project status to the Managing Director.
• Provide guidance and advice to project managers and team leaders.
• Develop, maintain, and adapt PMO rules and procedures to align with organizational standards.
• Support additional organizational needs such as internal IT, training, or contract administration based on skill fit.
