Job summary

Temus Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced PMO/Project Manager to track progress, monitor KPIs, generate reports, and support risk/issue management across projects.

You will establish and maintain communication with clients, internal teams, and executive leadership while driving continuous improvement within the PMO to boost project success and efficiency. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a PMO or related project management/delivery role.
• Experience in supporting PMs delivering systems in complex information exchange environments.
• Hands-on PMO work including tracking, governance, reporting and cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Strong program management skills with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to support weekend go-live activities and extended BAU hours when required.
• Excellent communication, consultation, negotiation and stakeholder-relations skills.
• Proven ability to initiate, manage and report on program activities and issues.
• Ability to think strategically and report effectively.
• Active listening with strong written and verbal communication.

Job Scope:

• Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes. This helps in evaluating project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing timely information to stakeholders.
• Support the risk and issue management processes, ensuring potential risks and issues are identified, assessed, and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle. This includes developing risk management strategies, monitoring risk factors, and implementing contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
• Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and executive leadership. This involves providing regular project updates, facilitating collaboration, and addressing stakeholder concerns to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and across projects by analyzing project data, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements to increase project success rates and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO or related project management/ delivery role.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting PMs in managing and delivering systems in complex information exchange environments
• Comfortable with hands-on PMO activities, including extensive project tracking, governance, reporting, and coordination across stakeholders.
• Demonstrated consistent program management skills, including ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills, to effectively manage project status.
• Willingness to support weekend system go-live activities and work occasional extended hours during BAU when required.
• Good communication, consultation, negotiation and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to initiate, manage and report on program activities and identify issues affecting the performance outcomes of the project.
• Ability to think strategically and report effectively.
• Active listening skills with good written and verbal communication skills.
