Job summary

Helius Technologies is seeking a seasoned PMO to lead governance and performance across banking and financial services initiatives in Asia. You will drive project reporting, risk management and ensure on-time delivery in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include budgeting, invoicing, accruals and vendor management, plus developing executive dashboards and MI packs for leadership. Strong communication and execution are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 7-8 years PMO/Project Management experience in Banking/Financial Services preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, invoicing, accruals, and vendor management.
• Advanced MS Office; ability to prepare executive dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance, reporting and risk management.
• Develop executive dashboards and MI packs for leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, accruals and vendor management.
• Ensure deliverables and milestones are achieved on time across initiatives.
