Qualifications

• 4+ years in PMO, project coordination, or project finance.
• Experience with large-scale tech or public sector projects is advantageous.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling).
• Familiarity with Power BI or PPM tools.

Responsibilities

• Financial tracking, budgets, burn rates, variances; support monthly closes, accruals, invoicing, and forecasts.
• Governance: steering committee reviews, decision logs, risk/issues, audit readiness.
• Reporting & dashboards: consolidate metrics into weekly, monthly, and executive reports using Excel and dashboards.
• Project administration & resource management: onboarding/offboarding, timesheet approvals, meeting administration, and document control.
