Job summary

Helius Technologies Pte Ltd. seeks a Project Manager with PMO strength to coordinate rollout across SPR, IND and NY branches. You will analyze existing ClearTrade workflows, define to-be workflows, and establish collaboration guidelines between MGS and branch users.

The role requires 3+ years in project management within banking operations or process transformation, with strong English communication and independent working capability.

Qualifications

• PMO, stakeholder coordination, and governance experience.
• Ability to plan, track and manage initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong skills in progress tracking, issue/risk management and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for working with diverse teams.
• Experience with workflow design or process transformation is a plus.
