Job summary

Helius Technologies is seeking a seasoned PMO to lead governance and performance across banking and financial services initiatives in Asia. You will drive project reporting, risk management and ensure on-time delivery in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include budgeting, invoicing, accruals and vendor management, plus developing executive dashboards and MI packs for leadership. Strong communication and execution are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 7-8 years PMO/Project Management experience in Banking/Financial Services preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, invoicing, accruals, and vendor management.
• Advanced MS Office; ability to prepare executive dashboards and reports.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent


• 7-8 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Business Management, Business Operations, or Project Management roles.


• Experience within the Banking and Financial Services industry is preferred; exposure to Private Banking or Wealth Management would be advantageous


• Knowledge of Project Management in Private Banking is an advantage


• Experience in financial tracking, invoice management, accruals, budgeting, and vendor management is desirable.


• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to develop\\ executive-level presentations, dashboards, financial reports, and management information packs.


• Excellent analytical, creative and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.


• Strong follow-through and execution skills, ensuring actions and deliverables are completed on time.


• Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a willingness to continuously improve processes and ways of working.


• Excellent communication skills: formal and informal, one to one, one to many and across all organizational levels
