Job summary

Helius Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a PMO/Business Operations professional to drive financial tracking, governance, and executive reporting for digital transformation programs across Asia. The role focuses on budgeting, spend monitoring, and vendor invoice processing within a fast-paced environment.

You will build executive decks, run governance forums, and manage action items to closure while supporting workforce planning, onboarding, and critical ad-hoc tasks for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in PMO, Business Operations, or Project Coordination (Banking/Wealth Management industry).
• Advanced Excel (budgeting/financial tracking) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
• Strong organizational ability, proactive execution, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Financials & Vendors: Track portfolio budgets, monitor project spend, process vendor invoices, and manage contracts and purchase orders.
• Governance & PMO: Build executive PowerPoint decks and dashboards, run governance forums, and track project action items to closure.
• Operations & Admin: Support workforce planning and onboarding, organize team cadence/logistics, and assist leadership with ad-hoc strategic tasks.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 6-8 years in PMO, Business Operations, or Project Coordination (Banking/Wealth Management industry).
• Tech Skills: Advanced Excel (budgeting/financial tracking) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
