Job summary

jac recruitment pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Consulting Manager to lead large-scale banking transformation programmes spanning governance, PMO, operating model design, and business change initiatives.

You will engage with senior stakeholders to drive strategic transformation, coordinate multiple workstreams, and deliver executive materials, reports, and business cases to support successful programme outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, Management, Risk, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, PMO, business transformation, governance, risk management, or financial services.
• Experience in operating model transformation, process improvement, business analysis, governance, and policy development.
• Strong presentation, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Prior experience within banking or financial services transformation programmes is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO and transformation programmes across planning, governance, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct operating model, process, and organisational reviews, and contribute to transformation initiatives.
• Develop policies, governance frameworks, management reports, and project documentation.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder discussions across business functions.
• Prepare executive presentations, status updates, business cases, and decision papers.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, RFP responses, and market research.
• Manage workstream deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve programme outcomes.
