Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a senior Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation initiatives within Corporate Banking.

You will define scope, manage budgets and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, a degree in IT/CS/Business, and strong leadership; familiarity with MAS/JFSA regulatory reporting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business.
• 10+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience delivering technology, digital transformation and corporate banking projects.
• Japanese proficiency required for regular communication with Japanese-speaking users and stakeholders.
• Strong governance, budgeting, risk management and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of CASA, loans, treasury, payments and MAS/JFSA regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements.
• Monitor budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and overall progress.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and management updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders and external vendors.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and steering committee discussions.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Support governance, audit requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, project finances and resource allocation.
• Drive transformation initiatives across Corporate Banking.
