Job summary

EXCELTECH COMPUTERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to drive planning and execution for complex, cross-functional initiatives in Singapore. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and ensure deliverables stay on track.

The role requires at least 5 years in project management or PMO, strong communication, and exceptional organizational skills to manage competing priorities and complex timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, PMO, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong meeting facilitation, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience maintaining project plans and tracking deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate meetings and capture action items with follow-up.
• Maintain and update project plans and deliverable trackers.
