Job summary

Manulife Singapore is seeking an Oversight & Governance Director to translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes by strengthening CPMO frameworks across initiatives. You will ensure data integrity and enable insight-driven decision-making through dashboards and performance metrics.

You will lead governance processes, stage gate reviews, risk assessments, and executive reporting, partnering with Portfolio and Project Managers, Finance, and Strategy to realize investment value in a hybrid

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant PMO experience.
Certification in PMO governance or risk management.
5–10 years of PMO/portfolio governance or business analysis experience.
Experience developing dashboards and reports for initiative performance and benefit realization.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain governance frameworks and standards.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for initiative performance.
Support stage gate reviews, compliance checks, and risk assessments.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Project Managers to ensure data capture.
Maintain CPMO templates and documentation.
Prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
Elevate PMO practices through continuous improvement.
