Job summary

Riskdata Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT project governance leader to manage a complex portfolio of controls spanning financial governance, capacity planning, delivery assurance, enterprise risk and audit compliance.

You will oversee budgets and forecasts, optimize resources, manage RAID registers and vendor contracts, coordinate Agile/Scrum and Waterfall deliveries, and produce executive dashboards and PMO reports for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management or PMO governance experience.
• Strong expertise in financial controls, forecasting, RAID management, and vendor governance.
• Hands-on proficiency with MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, and advanced Excel automation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery, audit controls and senior stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Govern project budgets, forecasts, cost variances and portfolio KPIs.
• Optimise resource allocation, capacity planning and integrated project schedules.
• Manage RAID registers, vendor contracts, dependencies and change controls.
• Oversee Agile/Waterfall delivery, SIT/UAT, release readiness and implementation tracking.
• Produce executive dashboards, audit evidence and automated PMO reports.
