Job summary

GIC in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery and change management for the Enterprise Service Management program. You will ensure technology rollout aligns with organisational readiness and drive adoption across HR, Finance, Legal, Audit, and Corporate Communications.

You will bring 8–12 years in technology project management with strong OCM credentials, partner with business leaders, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, track milestones and risks, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8–12 years of technology project management experience.
• Certification in project management and/or change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and change management across the Enterprise Service Management program.
• Develop and execute change-management strategies for new platforms.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Audit, Corporate Communications, Workplace Management, Security.
• Ensure consistency in change approach and user experience across workstreams.
• Coordinate with product managers and vendors to align delivery with people-centric outcomes.
• Track milestones, manage risks, and report status to leadership.
• Facilitate workshops to drive adoption and capability.
• Support post-implementation hyper-care and value realisation.
