Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project/Program Management professional to lead and support end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams in a regulatory and transformation context.

The role involves developing project plans, managing risks, preparing dashboards for senior management, coordinating governance forums, and engaging senior stakeholders to align objectives. A 5–10+ year background in PMO/Transformation is preferred for this position in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Approximately 5–10+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, PMO, Business Analysis, Business Execution, or Transformation roles.
• Experience delivering large-scale business, operational, regulatory, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business and support functions.
• Experience preparing project governance documentation, reporting, and executive presentations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end project and program delivery, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are successfully achieved.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and action logs across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution and resolve delivery challenges.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, governance materials, and executive updates for senior management.
• Support governance forums by managing meeting schedules, documentation, action tracking, and decision registers.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and work closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Internal Audit teams to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, controls, documentation repositories, and audit-ready records.
• Support business-as-usual (BAU) activities alongside project delivery, ensuring operational continuity throughout the transformation.
• Produce operational reports, KPI/KRI dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting.
• Identify, elevate, and manage project risks, operational issues, and cross-workstream dependencies while driving timely resolution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and business leaders to ensure alignment across project objectives and strategic priorities.
