Job summary

UARROW PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Analyst to support the PMO across technology and business projects. You will track timelines, budgets, resources and vendor deliverables while maintaining governance and stakeholder coordination.

You will work with project managers and business stakeholders to ensure projects stay on time, within scope and within budget, delivering clear management reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in PMO, project analysis or coordination.
• Strong tracking, governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in project financial management including budgeting and invoicing.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and monitoring deliverables.
• Analytical skills to identify trends, risks and dependencies.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Jira, Confluence and/or Power BI.
• Experience across multiple projects in a structured PMO environment.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO activities across technology and business projects.
• Track timelines, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
• Prepare regular status reports, dashboards and RAID logs.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures and financial commitments.
• Coordinate resources and vendors; ensure timely action items.
• Consolidate updates and support governance meetings.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting accuracy.
