Job summary

JEET ANALYTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Analyst to support PMO activities across technology and business projects. The role covers project tracking, governance, financial management, resource coordination and reporting.

You will work with Project Managers, stakeholders, technology teams and vendors to ensure projects are monitored and delivered on time, within budget and scope, while maintaining accurate documentation and transparent communication across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Project Analysis or Project Coordination
Strong experience in project tracking, governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination
Experience in project financial management, including budget tracking and invoicing
Experience coordinating with vendors and monitoring vendor deliverables
Strong analytical skills with ability to identify project trends, risks, issues and dependencies
Excellent organisational and communication skills

Responsibilities

Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating and monitoring project activities throughout the lifecycle
Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and key activities
Monitor progress against scope, schedule and objectives
Maintain project plans, action trackers and schedules
Identify and escalate project risks, issues and dependencies to stakeholders
Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards and RAID logs
Coordinate with Finance, PMs and vendors on project-related financial matters
