Job summary

MyRepublic is seeking a strategic Senior Performance Marketing Executive to drive demand generation and customer acquisition. You will own end-to-end campaigns, using data and experimentation to improve ROI and pipeline growth.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Sales and Business Units to translate priorities into measurable digital initiatives, optimise landing pages and track KPIs with GA4, Adobe Analytics, GTM, and Looker Studio. Hybrid work arrangement offered in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing or growth marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho or similar.
• Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and native advertising).
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, marketing automation and attribution modelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated performance marketing strategies to drive leads, pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Yahoo Native, display and remarketing.
• Manage media budgets and investments to optimise ROI, CPL and campaign efficiency.
• Drive continuous optimisation through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid strategies, creative testing and landing page improvements.
• Monitor campaign performance and build dashboards for lead quality, attribution and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns on schedule and meet objectives.
• Drive website conversion optimisation across landing pages, lead forms and CTAs.
• Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic visibility and traffic.
