Job summary

MyRepublic is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to own end-to-end digital demand generation and customer acquisition. You will drive integrated campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and native platforms, analyse data, and optimise ROI.

The role requires hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio and marketing automation, plus collaboration with Product Marketing, Brand and Sales to turn business priorities into measurable digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing or growth marketing.
• Experience in B2B technology, telecommunications, ICT, SaaS or related industries is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager and native advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and other digital analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, marketing automation and attribution modelling.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including experience coordinating agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated performance marketing strategies to drive qualified leads, pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Yahoo Native, display and remarketing.
• Manage media budgets and investments to optimise ROI, CPL and overall campaign efficiency.
• Drive continuous optimisation through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid strategies, creative testing and landing page improvements.
• Monitor campaign performance and develop dashboards covering lead quality, attribution, conversion rates and key marketing KPIs.
• Work with media agencies and platform partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and meet performance objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Sales and Business Units to translate business priorities into measurable digital initiatives.
• Drive website conversion optimisation across landing pages, lead forms, user journeys and CTAs.
• Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
• Manage marketing tracking and measurement, including GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, UTM governance and attribution.
• Analyse customer behaviour and audience insights to identify growth opportunities and improve targeting strategies.
• Drive first-party data activation, audience segmentation, remarketing and lookalike audience strategies.
• Explore emerging digital platforms, AI-powered marketing tools and automation opportunities to improve marketing efficiency.
