Job summary

CMC Markets in Singapore seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand and performance marketing initiatives for the SG market and the region. You will manage digital campaigns, social media, and partnerships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and brand equity.

The role requires strong leadership, deep marketing experience, and the ability to deliver against ambitious KPIs within a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in marketing, with digital/performance or growth marketing experience
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• Creative with strong brand sense and commercial mindset
• Experience building brands and managing budgets; including agency collaboration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Drive brand and marketing strategies for Singapore, aligning with business and brand objectives
• Oversee social media and digital campaigns; manage performance marketing activations
• Lead management of paid digital channels and media planning with agencies
• Own budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis with monthly/quarterly reviews
