• Ability to propose management decisions and recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of data analytics would be an advantage.
• 9-15 years of experience.

• Support central payroll, claims, pensions and medical billing operations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate, with governance in mind.
• Translate HR policy changes into workable system solutions in compliance with requirements.
